In 1 Corinthians 12:14-20, Paul makes a powerful statement about how necessary diversity is to the body of Christ. Unity does not mean uniformity, but rather a spirit-led quality of love and fellowship that bonds believers despite and even because of their diversity.

The vision of the women's ministry is to show and to teach women how to be able to live in complete harmony with each other so they can join together with one voice to give praise and glory to God.
